Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its delivery progress. If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please check the tracking details first. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help locate your order.

Delivery on public holidays may be limited depending on your location and the availability of our delivery partners. In most cases, orders are delivered on regular business days. If a public holiday affects your delivery date, your order will be delivered on the next available working day. You can check your tracking information for the latest delivery updates.

We deliver to most postcodes, although availability may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to see the available delivery options for your area. If your postcode isn’t accepted or you’re unsure whether we can deliver to you, please contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Next-day delivery is available on selected beds and products, depending on stock availability, your delivery location, and the time your order is placed. Products eligible for next-day delivery will be clearly marked on the product page or during checkout. Larger or made-to-order items may require additional delivery time.

Yes, we recommend that you or another responsible person is available to receive and sign for your delivery. This helps ensure your order arrives safely and is delivered to the correct address. If you’re unable to be there, please check your tracking information or contact the delivery provider to see whether alternative delivery arrangements are available.
